Unopened and unused DKMA Fragrances products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Qualifying full-size fragrances are also eligible for our one-time Scent Confidence Exchange. If you lightly try a fragrance and decide it is not the right fit, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the bottle is at least 85% full and otherwise meets eligibility requirements.
Sample vials, roll-on fragrances, bespoke fragrances, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items should be reported within 3 days of delivery.
